Store Personnel

Gensanradkicks will have two managers that will oversee the total performance of the store. The role of the manager is to check and monitor the overall performance of the store. One personnel will be assigned in doing marketing tasks. One personnel will be assigned as a cashier; he/she will also prepare daily income report and other financial reports. And two personnel will be assigned in the inventory, display and to entertain customers.

Store Management

The head of the store is the manager, all decisions concerning the store management is one of the role of the manager. The manager is given the right to decide whatever changes or improvements would he/she wants to happen, provided that it has the approval of the owner. Every personnel will be given the right to give suggestion or comments for the improvement of the store, but the final decision will always be from the manager.

The company currently manages and operates brands including DC shoes, Lakai, Nike, Vans and Addidas. It was founded January 11, 2015 by Edward De Leon and Jasper Rivera in Uhaw, Brgy. Fatima, General Santos City, Philippines.
